GLEXTEL Academy gladly offers sponsorship of telecommunication engineering graduation project in different branches.

Conditions:

· Project sponsorship request form to be completely filled and submitted

   to (project-sponsorship@glex-tel.com). 

· Project team member’s maximum number is 6 from 4^th Academic year.

   (it is preferable to have one or two students for 3^rd year to guarantee

   project continuity  if applicable)

· Proposed project should have a future application perspective.

· Response from GLEXTEL Academy will be within 2 weeks from request submission.

· In case of primary acceptance, project team shall present brief presentation

   (Assistance supervisor should be attending) explaining the project time plan and

    expected achievement / results from the project.

· Clear (approximated) budget study should be included in the presentation.

· In case of final acceptance, a detailed task assignment and project plan shall be

   prepared and presented within a month of final acceptance otherwise it will be cancelled.

· GLEXTEL academy will offer the support in the following criteria.

o    Project management.

o    Financial aid.

o    Material supply (tools, references, components,……).

o    Work areas.

o    Any other necessary aids.

·          This proposal includes ROBOCON competition.
